FlatRadar is an independent, unofficial monitoring tool for rental housing listings across multiple platforms, including Holland2Stay, OurDomain, and Xior. FlatRadar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, maintained by, or operated by any of the housing platforms it monitors. By creating an account, accessing, or using FlatRadar, you agree to these Terms. 1. Purpose of the App FlatRadar is designed to help users monitor housing listing information, save search preferences, and receive listing alerts. FlatRadar does not own, operate, manage, or control any housing listings displayed in the app. FlatRadar does not guarantee that any listing will remain available, that listing information will be accurate, or that you will be able to book or obtain any accommodation. 2. Personal and Non-Commercial Use FlatRadar is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use FlatRadar for resale, commercial monitoring, mass scraping, unauthorized data extraction, or any activity that abuses, overloads, interferes with, or attempts to bypass the services of any housing platform or third party. 3. User Account To use certain features, you may need to create a FlatRadar account. Your FlatRadar account data is stored on FlatRadar servers so that we can provide account-based features such as saved filters, alerts, favorites, notification preferences, and account management. FlatRadar account passwords are protected using server-side security measures. Passwords are not stored in plain text. Password authentication data is stored using bcrypt hashing. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate your FlatRadar account if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the app, interfered with the service, or created legal, security, or operational risk. 4. Housing Platforms and Third-Party Terms You are solely responsible for complying with the Terms of Service of each housing platform you interact with (including Holland2Stay, OurDomain, Xior, and others) and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. FlatRadar does not grant you any right to access, use, copy, scrape, bypass, or interfere with any housing platform's systems in a way that is not permitted by that platform. If a housing platform changes, restricts, blocks, or disables access to its services, FlatRadar may stop working partially or completely for that platform. 5. Listing Data Listing data shown in FlatRadar may be fetched from publicly accessible sources, APIs, or other technical interfaces. Listing information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, outdated, or changed without notice. All listing data, names, trademarks, service marks, logos, and related content belong to their respective owners. FlatRadar is not responsible for listing availability, price changes, booking results, eligibility requirements, lottery outcomes, account restrictions, or any decision made by any housing platform or provider. 6. Alerts and Push Notifications FlatRadar may send push notifications based on your saved filters and alert preferences. Notifications are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that notifications will be delivered instantly, correctly, or at all. You are responsible for checking official listing pages yourself before making any decision. You can disable push notifications through the app settings or your device settings. 7. Location Use and Google Maps If you use map features, FlatRadar may ask for your device location to center the map near your current position. Your device location is used only on your device for this map interaction. FlatRadar does not upload, store, or retain your precise device location. The iOS app map is powered by Apple Maps (MapKit). The Android app and web map are powered by Google Maps. By using Google Maps features, you agree to be bound by the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service (https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/terms) and Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). 8. Authentication and Credentials FlatRadar supports Face ID and Touch ID for sign-in convenience. When you enable biometric sign-in, your account credentials are stored locally on your device in the Apple Keychain, protected by your device biometric authentication. FlatRadar does not upload or have access to your biometric data. If FlatRadar allows you to use credentials for authentication with a third-party service, such credentials are used only for the functionality requested by you. Some features cannot work from your device alone, because FlatRadar has to act while your device is offline. Sending alerts through your own Telegram bot, Twilio account, or SMTP mail server, and submitting an auto-booking application on your behalf, all require FlatRadar servers to hold the relevant credentials. Those credentials are stored on FlatRadar servers in encrypted form, and are used only for the feature you enabled. Credentials that only ever need to be used on your device, such as the FlatRadar login you save for Face ID or Touch ID, are stored locally in the Apple Keychain and are not uploaded. You can remove any stored third-party credential at any time by clearing it in your account settings or by turning the corresponding feature off. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any third-party account through FlatRadar complies with the applicable third-party terms. FlatRadar is not responsible for account restrictions, login issues, access limitations, or actions taken by any housing platform or third party. 9. Acceptable Use You agree not to: - Use FlatRadar for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. - Reverse engineer, modify, resell, sublicense, or redistribute FlatRadar. - Use FlatRadar to overload, attack, disrupt, or interfere with any server, network, API, website, or service. - Use automated scripts, bots, or external tools to abuse FlatRadar. - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to FlatRadar, its servers, other users' accounts, or third-party systems. - Misrepresent FlatRadar as an official product of any housing platform or service. 10. Availability of the Service FlatRadar may be updated, changed, suspended, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, accuracy, or performance. Maintenance, technical issues, third-party changes, server failures, API changes, Apple Push Notification issues, or network problems may affect the service. 11. No Warranty FlatRadar is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 12. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers and operators of FlatRadar are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages arising from or related to your use of FlatRadar. This includes, but is not limited to: - Missed housing opportunities. - Failed or delayed notifications. - Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated listing data. - Account restrictions or access issues with housing platforms or other third-party services. - Service interruptions. - Loss of data. - Unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account or device. - Any decision you make based on information shown in FlatRadar. 13. Privacy Your use of FlatRadar is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect, use, store, and delete data. 14. Account Deletion You may request deletion of your FlatRadar account and associated data through the app where available, or by contacting us at: [email protected] Some limited data may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate operational reasons. 15. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may notify you through the app, by email, or by other reasonable means.
